We operate under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) Incoterms, meaning we cover shipping costs and insurance until the goods reach the destination port. These costs are included in the quoted price provided to buyers. Any additional costs after the goods arrive at the destination port are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country. To facilitate smooth customs clearance, we provide necessary documentation, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin, with every shipment. Additional documents may be provided upon request, subject to agreement.

Packaging for Shipping

We use high-quality poly bags and jute bags for export shipments, tailored to buyer requirements. Packaging options are customizable based on your needs, such as specific sizes or branding for private label orders. To ensure product safety during transit, we implement measures like moisture-proofing and pest control, adhering to international food safety standards.

Returns Policy

Jai Anand Foods maintains a strict no-return policy for most orders due to the nature of our food products and export logistics.
